Ways to prevent project conflicts

To prevent project conflicts from happening, a project manager shouldn’t make changes to projects or their sites once the contributors have begun to work at the sites. Specifically:

  • Don’t remove users from projects or change users to a read-only role.
  • Don’t transfer sites between projects.
  • Don’t delete sites or projects.
  • Don’t edit soil pit depth requirements.
